A total of ca 21 years working experience Now working with with project and engineering management in Aker Solutions. Previous a part of the Alliance leader group. Worked as portfolio Lead for a ModsTaskForce that works for AkerBP Operation with direct and urgent modifications for all the Oil fields. In addition, this team supports with add hoc offshore needs, and onshore engineering support. I also held the role as Engineering Lead for the whole standard M&M project portfolio for the Ula/Tambar field, Valhall&Hod field, Skarv field and Alvheim field, and responsible for 11-13 project managers. From April 2018 until end of 2020 i had the role as Modification Lead for all M&M projects on Valhall&Hod field. In addition i hold the role as Engineering Lead for the M&M engineering organisation covering Valhall&Hod field, Ula&Tambar field, Skarv Field and Alvheim Field. April2017 -April 2018 working as Project Manager for M&M projects on Valhall field. EPCIc responsibility. From October 2011 to April 2017 I worked as project execution specialist & was also leading various important improvment projects within Aker Solutions. Organisational development. Prior to that I was working for three years with Project and Engineering Management within the MMO buisness unit, having the total responsbility for execution of multidicipline EPCIc offshore modification projects, including also tendering studies. For 7 years I was working as a civil engineer, working with design and calcualtions of various structures such as offshore stuctures, jetties and also general onshore structures. Experienced user of variuos computer analyses, and is familiar with and various national and international design Standards. Python programming Lecturing: In addtion I've been lecturing Structural Mechanics for Students at University level. Main goal: Is to further develop my working and social skills and even more become an important employee for my company and contribute to further development of the company.
