Stacey Sprenkel

I lead MoFo’s Global Ethics and Compliance practice, co-lead the firm’s ESG Compliance and Investigations team, and am a member of the firm’s global anti-corruption team. I am also co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Strategy Committee. I regularly assist clients with assessing compliance risks across a broad range of issues and developing strategies to mitigate risks. I conduct anti-corruption, human rights, and compliance-focused due diligence in connection with acquisitions and other transactions and provide day to day counseling on a broad range of compliance issues. Outside of MoFo, I have long been a champion for veterans’ rights and have been a key team member on several high-profile impact cases on behalf of veterans. I was most recently named to the 2018 list of the “Top 40 Under 40” lawyers in California by the 𝘋𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘑𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘭.
