I have recently gained experience with Help Desk work as a Help Desk Technician at Denver Public Schools. I helped out with the technical support crunch for the beginning of the school year and to get Teachers up and going for a new school year. This involved a great deal of phone support for main school applications as well as any VoIP phone, computer and network issues. My goals include attaining proficiency in the following areas: * Server Administration - Exchange Server and Active Directory. * Mobile devices and management. * Cyber Security I enjoy adapting to new technology, applications and equipment. It gives me great satisfaction to be both tenacious in solving even the most complex customer problems and being patient with end user's frustrations.
