I am an independent adviser to SMEs and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. I use strategic thinking and management to help companies reinvent themselves using technology and delight customers. My main focus might be on SMEs, fintech, and APAC, but what really matters to me is having a meaningful impact on meaningful businesses. The core value I bring to the business is the strategy - a problem-solving skill that provides answers to three questions «what business we should be in», «how should we compete in this business», and «are there other revenue streams available to us»? I am attentive to details, always ready to learn new skills, soft and hard, team player.
