A silent achiever and a professional with wealth of experience and knowledge spanning over two decades in the Ground Handling aspect of the airline business. An expert in station start-up, I successfully set-up 16 stations and co-set up another 15 across our network. Was actively involved in laying the foundation and framework for the biggest department in the company. Single- handedly sourced, wrote and produced the company's first ever Cargo Operations Manual (COM) and co-produced the company's Ground Operations Manual (GOM). Actively participated in the success of the company's first ever IOSA certification and part of the success story of the company's massive growth / expansion from one flight a day in the beginning to over 110 flights daily presently! I have attended several courses, trainings, seminars and workshops locally and overseas, covering various aspects of Ground Operations (Passenger Services, Ramp Services, Cargo Handling, Flight Dispatch, Management and Customer Services). I bring my experience and Knowledge to bear on any organization.
