Stephen Pace

I am a hard worker, quick learner, dedicated, and possess excellent business acumen. I hold a great sense of pride in my job, the company I work for, and the work that I do. I seek to continuously push myself and those around me to their full potential. I pay close attention to detail and am always looking for a better, safer, and more efficient way to accomplish the job at hand. The most dangerous phrase is, "We’ve Always Done It That Way". I care for others as I do myself and do not act as if I am better than anyone. Its easy to work for someone that is approachable and I try to present that myself. I am easy going, but always maintain business professionalism. I have great faith in the Lord and apply the ethics taught in Christianity to my daily life. All I have is by him and only through him am I blessed with the skills and abilities I have.
