Over the past 20 years I’ve successfully led 3 professional services firms in the legal and accounting professions. I have demonstrated an ability for developing and executing strategy, and transforming businesses. Under my stewardship, Henry Davis York carved out a differentiated market position in the legal profession and developed a reputation as an outstanding employer. I strategically merged PPB Advisory with the Litmus Group, a management consulting business, and DibbsBarker with Dentons, the world’s largest law firm. PPB Advisory/Litmus Group was acquired by PWC in August 2018.I have a reputation as an inspiring leader with strong values, being a ‘people’ person, and for getting things done. I’ve fostered values based working environments where everyone has the opportunity to achieve their best.The firms I have led have won multiple client choice awards.I was a member of The Executive Connection (TEC) for 10 years, which was a wonderful learning experience. I am a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
