Stephen Quantrell

Stephen is a Site Supervisor and a trade qualified Carpenter with 23 years of experience in the building and construction industry on the Sunshine Coast as well as being a born and bred local. He has worked on a wide variety of residential housing projects ranging from project/volume builds to private and architecturally designed homes. Over the last 7 years Stephen has worked as a Supervisor/Foreman on a number of multi-million dollar projects both commercial and residential, all of which were finished on time, with in budget and no injuries. In these roles he has had complete control of the project, from organising all site works and sub-contractors and making sure the job runs to schedule, to ordering and delivery of materials. Stephen has excellent communication skills, able to build a strong rapport with people from diverse backgrounds, (already having a net work of sub-contractors and suppliers on the Sunshine Coast). He has highly developed time management skills, able to plan, prioritise and problem solve and work to deadlines, including working with engineers, architects and clients. Stephen works well individually but loves being part of a great team network where everyone is striving for the same outcome. Stephen has a strong work ethic, he is honest, loyal, reliable and neat with a commitment to a very high standard of workmanship for every project that he completes and supervises.
