Stephen Schneider

I have been working as an IT Project Manager for nearly 3 years in support of the MDA. Since then, I have became a team lead and specialize in leading complex projects around the world, along with managing 6 project managers and 100+ efforts across the team. I'm passionate about training, and regularly create new training material for my team along with new processes to better improve our battle rhythm. This in turn with my volunteer experience as a Field Supervisor for FIRST Robotics Competition, gives me valuable time as a supervisor over various teams of people. I have experience working with MS Project, Office, Visio, Outlook, and more. Working as a IT Project Manager with an IT degree allows me to have more background on the projects we are working, and help our engineers figure out a solution that is better catered to our customer's requirements.
