Strong professional with a Master’s Degree focused in Facilities management from University of Greenwich. Stephen has collaborated in both facilities management and project management with over 30 years’ experience in a diverse range of projects, from various sectors in the construction industry, across Hong Kong and PRC.. He joined CBRE in August 2021 and is at present in the position of Director PJM Local. Following a successful project in the consultancy projects of Macau Border Crossing Facilities for the Hong Kong, Macau and Zhuhai Bridge, technical consultancy of Building Rehabilitation Strategy for Urban Renewal Authority of the HKSAR (Under his management, the team was the Winner of Professional Consultancy Services Team of the Year (2019) in RICS), and the project monitoring of the Lisboa casino and hotels development project in Macau, Stephen has joined CBRE delivering projects via the CBRE Principle Contracting model.
