Steve Gregson

Animator, Illustrator, Character Designer, Comic Artist - 2D obsessive. I have a huge passion for illustration, Comic book art and 2D animation. I've always loved 2D artwork, and the creative process of bringing images to life. A wide range of directors and animators have inspired me, from Walt Disney to Katsuhiro Otomo, and artists like Genndy Tartakovsky and Osamu Tezuka. These influences have left me with a strong, versatile style. Higher education gave me the opportunity to bring my sketch book ideas to life and allowed my illustration style and language to develop and strengthen. I studied animation at the university of Lincoln and was awarded a 1st Degree honours. I was the highest graded student in my year and specialised in 2D animation.
