He is available for public speaking. Steve held Director of Finance roles and served on the Senior Leadership Teams at Nabisco and Kraft Foods Global. He became known for executing strategic plans for executive teams and building others. If you have ever eaten a flavored Triscuit cracker this is one initiative he championed that grew the Triscuit business 30%. He built the business case to package all Oreos in plastic trays and supported the initial launch of Chocolate Oreos – a $100 million line extension. Two areas he supported were deemed World Class by PricewaterhouseCoopers: shop floor performance reporting and productivity delivery rates. Both areas were instrumental in delivering $200 million in Operations Synergy Savings between Nabisco and Kraft Foods. Steve’s wiring is different than most people. Sports shaped him growing up by playing for Indiana Hall of Fame Football coaches. He captained the kick off of an eleven year, 71 home game winning streak.
