Co-Founded startups in AdTech, EdTech and MarTech markets, as well as founding early industry (1980's to early-2000's) software startups in Network / Server Management and Software Development / Utility markets, as well as custom development for Government agencies and major technology firms. Leveraged multi-disciplinary expertise as the sole employee, or solo-preneur, then assembled extraordinarily talented teams which built award winning / mission critical solutions from PCs to LANs / WANs to the Enterprise and the Internet. Established strategic U.S. And international ISV / OEM / VAR business partnerships servicing B2B markets from SMBs to Fortune / Global 500 companies and government agencies. Key Accomplishments: • Developed an award winning Suite of Tools for Network & Server Monitoring, Alerting and Capacity Planning. • Developed the first fully automated File Replication / Data Synchronization solutions for PC LANs / WANs (before RSYNC). • Developed the first Server based Anti-Virus scanning / protection engine for PC Networks (under contract for F-PROT). • Developed automated Server based Data Management / Security solution scaled to over 500 Servers and used for 2000 & 2010 U.S. Decennial Census (under contract). • Initially as Advisor then as CEO, led an EdTech startup through rebranding, growth and subsequent acquisition. • Initially as Mentor then as Advisor before joining the team as CTO, helped pivot a Veteran-led AdTech startup into the MarTech market, developing a proprietary crowd sensing technology providing new perspectives in market analytics.
