Steve Palmer

Currently leading sales, enterprise, and partnership growth at Knack, I am a former CEO and founder with nearly 20 years of senior and mid-level management experience in sales, marketing, human resources and operations. In 2012 I co-founded a tech startup called Locally, a location-based discovery and marketing platform. My co-founder and I participated in The Iron Yard tech accelerator and business incubator in Greenville, SC. As CEO, I managed all aspects of business development, operations, product management, and marketing. Eventually I shut down Locally and moved on to become the first employee at Knack. As the first hire I wore many hats, but most of my focus was on growing our customer base through consultative sales and customer support. Within a few years I was the sole SDR (inbound) and managing all enterprise level accounts. This further expanded into managing our partner ecosystem. Knack is now at 5000 customers and counting.
