In my Utilities projects experience, I worked on System and Data Analysis, Application Design, QA Testing, Customer Support, SQL, UNIX, SAG NATURAL, Java, Oracle Utility Configuration Tools aspects of online and batch processing of both, the older CIS Plus+ and latest CC&B on Oracle Utilities Application Framework platform. As a Senior Functional Designer and Analyst with over fifteen years of experience in the area of Information Technology, working as permanent staff, with analysis, programming, testing and support of CIS system for various environments and projects, I created design and test documents for many Service Requests like Deregulation Project, OUBI for CIS Plus+, etc. Design, Implementation, and Customer Support during the implementation and post-production phases. Recent years, I provided CC&B v.2.3.1 QA Test Support for BG&E and DLC CC&B Implementation Projects to Oracle test team as well as for the client acceptance testers, including investigation of technical and functional issues encountered: conversion, technical and functional issues resolution verification; finding appropriate test data for customer required testing scenarios by presenting appropriate SQL Queries. Lastly I was assigned to Santee Cooper SC, CC&B v2.1 to v2.4 Technical Upgrade Team.
