Joined the banking industry in 2014 and have since found what I like to do, banking (specifically branch banking - customer service). I got the honour to receive the prestigious Chairmans GEMS Award from the bank in 2016 and have since created a greater confidence in my job, so that I am able to contribute even more to the bank.
