Col·lab·o·ra·tor /kəˈlabəˌrādər/ noun works jointly on an activity or project; an associate. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is how I sum up who I am; I believe that everyone is capable of amazing things when they have the support they need, and I enjoy being that support. With a mix of experience in technical support, sales, operations, and management I have learnt through success (and failure!) what works, and more importantly, what doesn’t. I learnt the art and ethics of Sales from my mentor, who was the Canadian Regional Manager at the time at Weatherford, very early in my career. He taught me to understand my customers from the inside-out by asking the right questions and being genuinely interested in helping solve their challenges because at the end of the day if we didn’t, someone else would. I’ve stuck with this throughout my career, built teams that subscribed along the way, and continue to exceed my customers expectations.
