Hello and thanks for visting my profile! I served my country proudly and honorably for 8 years in the United States Marine Corps. 15 years ago, my telecom career began at a maintenance call center, repairing DS0 & DS1 circuits through a customer reported ticketing system. I worked my way up to DS3 remote install to eventually standing out as a tier II tech support for Ethernet over high bandwidth (OC3,OC12). My specialty and talent is within a fast paced, call center environment, with attention to detail that focuses on low mean time to repair, with an emphasis on reduced repeated occurrences. I am open to any possibility of a career change. I believe my extraordinary ability of attention to detail, superb organization and follow up skills, along with a high proficieny in communications, to include a proactive can-do initiative, would allow me to succeed as an office manager. I am extremely confident that I will be a leader within your team.
