I have been in the IT field for more than 18 years. My career path has grown at Rocket IT in over six years, where I am currently the Automation Team Lead, and stems from previous positions including Support Professional/Team Lead, Inside Support Specialist, and Field Support Technician. I have seen how each position has given me the experience and expertise to provide the solutions, automation, and leadership for a team focused on improving processes and strengthening the business. Helping people thrive is what gets this life-learner up in the morning and drives me throughout the day.Previously, while working at Apple, I was trained to fix the customer first and then fix the problem.
