With the increasing need for change and innovation to achieve organizational goals, agile project management has become essential. As a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Professional Scrum Master (PSM), I am constantly assisting organizations and programs to achieve their goals. My experience lies in incentive programs, events and information technology/infrastructure projects that I have successfully implemented. I am actively building my experience in agile implementation and strategic development as it is a vital part to successful product delivery. Within all the different types of teams I have worked with, the aim has always been to improve the way we work. My brand focus is to improve efficiency and lead by example. I take pride in any team I work with and always look for ways to improve the way things are done. My interests range from budgeting and self-improvement, to the performing arts and drawing. A wide range of interests allow me to fully commit to agile leadership as it requires versatility and flexibility. My objective is to achieve rock star status among others in my industry by becoming an invaluable member to any team I support.
