Steven Masket

As a Director (and Chairman of the Budget Committee of the Arc of Westchester Foundation (and as Alex Masket's father), I am devoted to supporting the Arc of Westchester Chapter and the excellent programs and services it provides to over 2,000 people impacted by developmental disabilities every day. At the end of 2017 I retired as General Counsel and Secretary of Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits. I truly enjoyed my work at this dynamic and growing company. It was a pleasure to work side by side with Nikol Thompson, my successor, for a smooth transition.During my 27- year tenure at Maidenform, my experience was extraordinarily varied as the company transitioned from a manufacturing to a sourcing organization and from 2nd to 3rd generation family ownership, through bankruptcy, private equity ownership and ultimately, as a publicly traded organization. As the General Counsel during this period, I am proud of how my skills helped to effectuate these transitions successfully.I feel truly honored to have served as a Director of the Amalgamated Insurance Company and as a Trustee of the Unite Here National Retirement Fund and the Unite Here National Health Fund for many years.
