Steven Michael

I am originally from San Antonio and received my Bachelor’s degree in General Business from St. Mary’s University, and then received my Master’s degree from Texas A&M San Antonio with a concentration in finance in 2015. I began my career with UPS in October 2015 in Inside Sales and have worked my way to a Senior Account Executive for the San Antonio and surrounding areas. Even though people see UPS as just a shipping company, it's so much more than that. I am more of a consultant to help streamline processes from the operations side, to accounting, marketing, and finance departments of companies. I am here to help identify what is needed for a company, and help that business grow to the most of it's potential. My work ethic speaks for itself. The things that inspire me are challenges that I can fight to achieve for, along with the recognition of knowing that I have been doing good. However, I want to be great, so overall, I strive for constructional criticism. One of my biggest fears is truly failing with no positive outcome. I have failed before at different things in my life, but by having the guidance or constructive criticism on how to be better, I fight to get back to the top. My goal in life is to leave a path to follow for others.Work is very important to me, but so is my life outside of work. I don’t work hard for myself though. I work hard to support my wife, my daughter, and for my parents to feel like they have raised me to the best of their capabilities. They are my motivation in life to keep going, and never let go. My family, friends, and overall support system is what always matter the most. A little more about me, is that I am continually improving on my bbq pit master skills, I enjoy going out to the occasional outdoor patio bars for a cold beer, and I love to play soccer and golf when time is allotted.
