Steven Rodriguez, A-CSM, CSPO, CSD

As a Technical Program Manager at Scrum Alliance, I work with all the Product Owners and Scrum Masters within our Organization to coach them and their teams through the project lifecycle. I also help provide technical insight on upcoming projects in order to prioritize them properly within our Organizational backlog during our Product Council - which I facilitate. Prior to being Technical Program Manager at Scrum Alliance, I’ve also done some work in both Scrum Master and Product Owner roles depending on the project and what was needed at the time. As a relatively smaller company I’ve had to wear many hats including my time as a Full Stack Developer when I first began working with the company in 2014. Outside of work, I have a love of all things technology. I’ve spent some time diving into Machine and Deep Learning on Coursera and still follow various areas of the tech world. I also love playing video games, skiing, hiking, concerts, and anything else Colorado has to offer.
