Stewart Ford

I am an undergraduate student at Griffith university studying a Bachelor of Medical Science, hoping to use this degree to further my studies in the medical field. This is sparked by a strong interest in science and the human body as well as a desire to have a meaningful impact on other's health and wellbeing. As a way of keeping up with the science I learnt at school, I tutor high-school students in mathematics and science. I graduated high-school in 2019 after pursuing a school life involving many cultural, sporting and academic endeavours. My musical interest, developed in school, is still pursued as I sing in Serotonin A Cappella choir and continue to play piano. Through my participation in many different co-curricular groups and societies including music groups and committees in school and university I have developed strong communication skills. I have the useful skill of leadership. This was demonstrated through my service as house swimming captain in year 12. I have strong teamwork skills demonstrated through my effectiveness in team projects at uni and my experience in choirs and ensembles.
