Stijn Verhoeff

Innovation Management graduate with a background in business administration and an interest in product development. I enjoy working with people who are passionate about what they do, regardless of their respective fields. Through my broad interests, I am able to quickly gain an intuitive understanding of new ideas, allowing me to easily discuss ideas outside my knowledge domain at a conceptual level. While perfectly capable of independent work, I prefer the constructive nature of working in teams. Whenever possible, I choose not to adopt a fixed role in teamwork. Instead, I assume the role that is required for the greater good of the project. In my free time, I practice competitive target archery, a sport where physics, statistics and bio-mechanics converge to achieve accuracy and consistency. After more than a decade, it has taught me patience and discipline, as well as a problem-solving attitude. As a board member, my main responsibility is coordinating training and member acquisition.
