CAREER SUMMARY Since graduating, he has built up more than 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry in the UK, specialising in the management of the integrity of pressure systems and structures on offshore installations. Early experience was gained in the onshore gas industry with British Gas, moving to the offshore oil industry, with MOM, later bought over by Lloyd’s Register. He is now working with Maersk Oil. Throughout his career, he has been working on all aspects of integrity management activities, involving the creation of management systems and their implementation to achieve technical and financial targets. Responsible for the managing the pressure systems and structural integrity management team. This consists of inspection, corrosion, rope access, NDT personnel as well as chemists. Setting up integrity management systems, dashboard targets, KPIs, etc. Responsible for managing the team operating the maint man system, identifying backlog targets, monitoring and reporting on progress Ensuring that technical and financial targets are met.
