Sujith Sudhakaran

Sujith is a management professional having 20+ years of international business management experience and e-commerce & e-learning domain expertise.Being a neurolinguistics program practitioner and having completed summer schooling from Copenhagen Institute of Interactive design, Sujith believes in people-centric design approach and is keen on developing products and solutions that could bring in behavioural changes in people and create a positive impact in their life. Sujith started his career in the ITES domain and later founded Dishari Consultants, which partnered with KELTRON for providing online training programs in the ITES domain. During his tenure at Dishari, he worked closely with KELTRON as a consultant and played the role of an architect for various e-business and e-governance projects of KELTRON such as State Job Portal & Skill Registry of Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence, Buymysun portal of ANERT to sell solar panels and other green energy equipments through online mode, SafeSavari portal of NATPAC to provide free online road safety training programs for school students and general public, Skill upgradation project of NORKA to deliver Skill upgradation programs, E-learning portal of KELTRON (KeLearn), E-commerce portal of KELTRON (KeleBuy), Online examination portal of KELTRON (KeMetric), Online examination system of Industrial Training Department, etc.He joined Klystron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Director in 2015. Klystron is a banking products and solutions development company and has operations in Dubai and Muscat. He became a Director of Doubtbox Edutainment Private Limited in 2017, which is one of the leading e-learning companies in India. In 2019, Sujith co-founded AM Needs Services Private Limited, which evolved as the No.1 milk delivery mobile application in Kerala and it is also one of the fastest growing Start-ups in the milk delivery domain. He is currently the Director & CEO of AM Needs.Sujith is one of the Mentors for Young Innovators Program (YIP) at Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC). He has been a Domain Expert for qualitative appraisal of Govt. funded training programs and has also been a faculty for various Govt. and non Govt. training programs.
