The title of my practical journey over 20 years is “From an accountant to a CEO at one of the largest organizations.” I have had many leading positions and done many different tasks that have required skills in advanced leadership as well as good decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. I have successfully managed various projects with huge budgets. As a result, I have received many thanks and certificates of appreciation for my many solid and valuable achievements. I truly believe in tangible results, such as winning projects against our competitors, as we all know that the numbers talk. I have led my team in completing several leading projects, like the largest mixed-use development project costing more than half a billion SAR and building the largest hotel in the world at that time. My education and work experience in accounting has helped me a lot in deeply understanding the language of numbers, which is the first language spoken in business. I have also worked as a senior relations manager for one of the biggest banks, where I was responsible for dealing with customers and strengthening our relationships with them. I ensured that we provided a high standard of service to maintain their loyalty. This work experience enhanced my communication abilities. I learned the importance of quality, in addition to the secrets of dealing with customers and the best practices for making sales. My career started in the public sector and then I moved to the private sector. Working in both sectors has given me a rich and amazing mix of experience and skills. In the public sector, I learned about discipline and the need to respect and strictly follow regulations. On the other hand, my work in the private sector enhanced my planning, investing, and development skills. I learned about diversity and sharpened my ability to communicate effectively with people from all levels and backgrounds. All these experiences have prepared me well for making further real achievements.
