My career started at Talksure SA as a UK outbound sales agent. Within 7 months I was promoted to the position of Team Leader. As a Team Leader I worked on various UK campaigns and Local campaigns. During this time, I held a Senior Team Manager position of which entailed up-skilling and developing new Team Leaders. Four years later I joined another leading company and was soon promoted to Campaign Manager, where I managed over 160 seats and 6 different campaigns. Within the last 10 years, I worked on various campaigns, such as UK Mobile campaigns, 3 Mobile, Orange and O2. Some local campaigns included, all South African Mobile networks, including broadband with MTN. In 2011, I managed the Telkom 8ta campaign and a highlight of this year, was that I aided the company in winning the award for the highest 8ta sales in the country. In May 2013, I returned to where my journey began at Talksure SA as a Campaign Manager on Vehicle Tracking Campaign. 2 years on, I was promoted to a Sales Manager and now manage the Tracker Campaign, Short-Term Insurance Campaign and Motor Warranty Campaign. Currently, I hold the position of Best Sales Manager in the World 2017. The transition from managing 60 people on one campaign to over 200 people on various campaigns has been challenging, exciting and invigorating. Furthermore, I have coached and mentored many people that have now grown to be team leaders or managers in various organisations over the past 6 years in my management roles.
