Sunny Suman

I am deeply passionate about understanding businesses and unlocking it's human capital to achieve extraordinary business results. I started my career in technology with a multibillion dollar IT company. However, I did my masters in HR, the softer discipline of an organization and built a career in it. As a matter of fact, I have always gravitated towards technology. So, I am a techie at heart, and a HR professional by choice. I find how and why people behave in a certain manner really fascinating. So, to understand it better, I always try to enroll myself in relevant courses. Two such frameworks I really loved and use extensively are DISC and Transaction Analysis. I have worked quite extensively in Organization and Talent consulting and have developed a niche in Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Competency-based HR. I also got exposed to the operational side of strategic HR interventions while working for a leading FMCG firm. I am really proud of some of the work I have done in Learning and Development and HR Business Partnering. Currently, I am working in the capacity of Talent Development Partner in India's first Unicorn. In this role, I am responsible for charting out the talent strategies based on the org vision and business thrust and helping those get operationalized through various HR initiatives in recruitment, performance management and learning and development.
