Susan Dooley Jones

Susan came to real estate from the world of surgical medical device sales. She had a decade long, successful career assisting surgeons in adapting to new technologies, finding more effective and efficient ways to care for patients and cultivating better patient outcomes through surgeon education. The surgeons Susan supported praised her attention to detail, her ability to proactively access their needs and her strong advocacy for patient safety. After graduating with Cum Laude Honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from MTSU, Susan began her sales career in Real Estate Advertising at The Tennessean. Susan was promoted 5 times in 4 years with the paper and finished #1 in sales twice – back to back. This was the foundation that launched her medical sales career; however, in 2006 while at The Tennessean she obtained her real estate license at the encouragement of numerous customers. Susan thoroughly enjoyed the creativity that came with helping real estate agents find new and better ways to advertise and sell homes. In 2016, Susan much unexpectedly lost her mother and brother less than 5 months apart. Their untimely deaths completely changed the course of her life. She realized that while medical sales was fulfilling her professional goals, it wasn’t fulfilling her personal goals. She wanted a career that could provide both and found her answer in real estate. She is dedicated to her customers, insuring repeat clients and referrals. Susan is a person of integrity and you will appreciate her genuine, honest, straight forward approach and constant communication. Susan is a lifelong resident of Middle Tennessee. She stays active in her community, is recently married and gives all the glory to God for her many blessings.
