Within my role as People & Culture Business Partner at Roche, I work across the Affiliate commercial and Global functions. Primary responsibilities :- - act as strategic business partner to leaders and their leadership teams - work in partnership with the business directorates to understand the long and short term business need - partner leaders to develop and drive the people strategy for their business area - support the business directorates with organisational effectiveness and change management - consult, advise, coach, and partner leadership teams on people & organisational needs - work in collaboration with P&C colleagues, harnessing their expertise to ensure the business is fully supported - collaborate closely with fellow BP's to ensure alignment between local and global HR initiatives & business strategy - support the business directorates identifying, developing and utilising internal talent - develop and drive local and global P&C initiatives that meet key business needs Recent key achievements: - Accredited Product Owner with Scrum Alliance - Leading a TUPE transfer - People Lead for recent business acquisition - Lead for P&C Business Continuity during Covid-19 - Sprint Team member for implementing Location Agnostic working across the Affiliate As a leading biotech company we have the most innovative products in the market, and the most exciting pipeline in the industry today.
