Susan Gygi

Susan Gygi has more than 25 years of professional engineering and planning experience, serving as a manager/lead on a range of transportation planning related projects and studies. Ms Gygi is responsible for assembling project teams and leading them towards developing and determining transportation planning and design solutions for all modes of transport. Ms. Gygi has been responsible for management and design of roadways, transit facilities, rail facilities, utility lines, and environmental support. Ms. Gygi provides expertise and experience in areas of funding strategies, grants, alternative delivery, value capture, congestion pricing, and other public policy issues to public and private transportation clients. With her previous experiences, she has been able to work with projects through all phases of planning, development, implementation, evaluation, construction, operations, and continued maintenance. Specialties: Major/Mega projects and programs in public transportation including rail, transit, bicycle, pedestrian as well as roadways design, transportation planning, transportation modeling, construction management, and environmental (NEPA) projects. P3, Design/Build (DB), Design Build Finance Operate Maintain (DBFOM), grants, and alternative funding delivery experience.
