Susan Ochoa

I am the business manager at Pearce Elementary School. I feel like I have been here forever but it is an amazing place to work and my co-workers are awesome! As a team, we have created a wonderful school that has grown in all areas. Our culture, our students, our academic achievement all continue to improve due to the hard work everyone puts in. My experiences here have helped me grow as a leader and a worker. I have learned to be an asset to other business managers and have assisted many of them with learning the tools of the trade as they just start out. I have also learned to make a wonderful school, everyone has to be willing to do more with a positive attitude. The job is always hard. It does not become easier when we complain about it! Failure is not an option.
