My position encompasses providing leadership to the newly established School of Sciences by advancing its research, teaching and service missions, curriculum enhancement, resource management, enhancing collaborations between disciplines, strengthening corporate partnerships and supervising the operations of the ULM Museum of Natural History. My current goals are to continue advancing the strong reputation of the sciences, strengthen business partnerships and expand the number of students in the State and region who consider ULM as their first choice for higher education. Specialties: My research interests include freshwater and sediment quality, bio-remediation, heavy metal and PAH accumulation in aquatic and terrestrial invertebrates.
