By understanding and gaining alignment towards a common goal and creating a workable solution. Strong institutional knowledge, combined with the ability to be nimble, makes it easy for me to navigate various employee groups to help create consensus from the factory floor to senior management. My career has afforded me the privilege of working across the human resources continuum fulfilling many roles including: successfully boosting employee engagement, leading the talent management process within a client group or organization-wide, developing leadership training for high performance teams, leading internal communication efforts, and directing annual performance and compensation cycles.
