IMCS helps jails and prisons track inmate money. KeepAccount is an Inmate Trust Fund Banking and Canteen Control System. The original software was created by CCW and in Dec. 2011 IMCS purchased the rights to the software. The software has been used in jails and prisons across the US, in the UK and Australia. The experience gained in working with these jails and prisons is passed on to other jails and prisons to help them manage their inmate's money. The software has worked with institutions with as few inmates as 20 and with institutions of over 2,000 inmates. IMCS works with institutions to make sure they are getting the information they need and information that is helpful in managing inmates.
