Educated BA in Value Chain Management, with 10 years of work experience from logistics to supply chain, a holistic view on organizations and with competences within the fields of; organizational Strategy & management, LEAN, Logistic and shipping, Continuous Improvement, Change Management, and Project Management and SOP. A motivated data cruncher with a great business perspective and strong analytic skills, which sees opportunities and solutions in challenges. I see potential in improving the Organization through Change Management and Continuous Improvement, on the fact-based decision process. Besides this, I will help in the creation of synergies between work processes and secure a continuous flow and improvement. I will be able to contribute to new ways of thinking and creative ideas, an ability to create results through my great analytical skills, always keeping the holistic perspective on my approach. One factor that gives me drive is, being part of a company that creates results and that are willing to set goals and grow.
