More than 10 years of diversified and progressive field of work exposure gaining abroad particularly in Malaysia. Main field of specialization has been in the Well Testing (Drill Stem Testing) and Supervision. I have worked as DST Field Specialist for Drill Stem Testing and Tubing Conveyed Perforation , where I have developed my technical and soft skill services for the clients. Though I have greatly enjoyed this role, I am looking for a new challenge that will provide me with the opportunity to further develop my career. As a former DST Specialist my responsibility was supervising the day to day well operation on the rig including but not limited to following the well test-perforation program, modifying it as and if required, ensuring efficient personnel performance, assessing and finding appropriate solutions for any problems during operation, providing regular reports, interacting with any other services on the rig for more productive and efficient and desirable outcome. Through my experience, I learned how to motivate people to achieve and reach the goals in respect for all safety consideration, have active listening and problem solving capacity.
