My prior experience with PRC top law firms and relevant in-house experience in multinational corporations have provided me with a strong foundation in PRC law issues. On the flip side, I realize that, in the real world, being a successful lawyer requires much more than just having a good mind and know the law. Practical intelligence is also vital. In addition, I view myself as a business partner advising on practical business risks and making proper balances between resolving issues or walking away. I always remind myself to give fine legal answers based on the understanding of the financial, tax, business, manufacturing, human relations, government relations and other non-legal aspects of the particular problem.
