I have worked with businesses and PE funds in India, UK, Europe, US, Brazil and Japan, across various industry sectors on capital raising through IPO’s, private placements, bond placements in Indian Rupee, Masala Bonds and USD denominated bonds in addition to advising the government of India on their divestments of equity stakes. During his 25 years of work, I have worked in multi-cultural, cross-border teams both as team member and team leader including working in Mumbai, Hong Kong and London. All this combined with strong macro-economic and industry sector knowledge apart from relationships with corporates at the sponsor and chairman level across various industry sectors.
