Missions with the Company: ● Official and permanent company representative on rig site. ● Reporting to base, detailed daily operations, incident, material and personal request. ● In charge to apply and respect drilling program. ● Conduct daily/weekly briefing and leads pre-job safety and operations meetings. ● Insure that rig operations are performed under best conditions of safety, time, cost and quality. ● Insure that all drilling operations follow Company standards rules and procedures. ● Identify high risk situations and adopt preventive measures. ● To respect the contractual clauses of drilling contractors and services companies. ● Respect and apply strictly the company well program, drilling and HSE procedure. ● Availability 24H/24H on the rig. ● Reception/Storage/Issue of the drilling materials/ equipment’s consumables to/from the rig sites/ facilities ● Managing drilling materials and third party tools/equipment’s. ● Monitor well cost by managing rental equipment and personnel. ● Identify potential opportunities to enhance and mitigate lost time. Experience in Algeria oil fields: ● Realization of gas & oil wells in development and exploration fields (Hassi-Massaoud, Berkine West , Berkine East,El borma, Rhoud chegga, Rhoud el bagguel). ● Realization of Directional Wells. ● Realization of Deep Vertical Wells with 17000 fts (5300m) including 5500 fts (1800m) of open hole in 6” section. ● Experience in drilling HTHP wells (BERKINE Fields) ● Experience with oil and water based mud. ● Assist the liner operators for run 7” and 4”1/2 hydraulic & mechanical liners, Ran DV Tool. ● Drilling with different bits: 26”, 17”1/ 2 or 16”, 12”1/4, 8”1/2, 6” and 3”3/4. ● Experience with 13 3/8” Casing while drillingwith total loss borehole ● Follow the performance of drilling & coring bits: PDC, Hybrid, TCI, MT (Rock bit), Diamond bit & core heads. ● Realization of the Shoe Bond Test (SBT), Formation Integrity Test (FIT) & Leak of Test (LOT) and casing test also. ● Experience on formation mud losses (cement plugs, LCM format set …) ● Well testing (DST), ● Follow all casing & liner cementing jobs. ● Completion and abandonment vertical wells. ● Extensive experience in onshore well program and daily Reporting and HSE procedure. ● Managing drilling materials and third party tools/ equipment’s. ● Experience of working in multicultural environments.
