Tadd Wooton

Tadd Wooton joined Solutionz as CFO in August 2015 to oversee all finance and accounting functions and help guide the company through its growth and acquisition strategies. Prior to joining Solutionz, he was a founding partner at Smith & Wooton CPA firm, which specialized in helping rapid-growth start-ups scale, acquire financing and attract investors. Tadd draws on a broad range of accounting experiences having “earned his stripes” in a Big 5 accounting firm (Deloitte) before accepting a role with a former client in the services industry. Tadd has helped business evolve and mature from the CFO seat since 2008. He is a licensed CPA and received his accounting degree from Pepperdine University.As a roll-up-the-sleeves executive with 18+ years of financial leadership experience, Tadd has led organizations through a wide range of turn-around situations and accounting changes. Shaping organizations starts by modeling and developing a culture of trust and accountability. Tadd has a knack for developing people, unlocking candor, and being realistic without taking the fun out of working hard.
