Like all engineers in my generation, I have technical skills – What differentiates my resume from other engineers with ten or more years of experience, are my internal and external communication skills: o Customer facing. A happy customer means a constant revenue stream. I've worked with customers and internal teams on contract review, product support/warranties, process improvement and building relationships. O Team-focused. Every individual can be a leader and drive an organization to success. I've supported successful teams including sales, supply chain, engineering, and logistics. O Project management. Knowledge management in a complex environment is critical; every company is “cross-functional” now, and all of these departments must have aligned goals. O Continuous Improvement. Driving change across departments is difficult but necessary in order to align business processes with ever changing organizational needs.
