Provides high-quality strategic advice and policy input across a wide range of issues, with a focus on the ACT Government’s transport agenda. Provides advice and input on the ACT Government’s public transport infrastructure and service delivery, transition to zero emissions, active travel policy, road safety policy and legislation, and the urban forest policy, legislation and operations. Experienced in Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract management, with a specific focus on operations and performance assurance. I originally started my career in the Architecture Industry before moving into the Rail Industry to follow my passion for larger scale urban and infrastructure projects with positive community influence. I have experience working in various stages of the Canberra Light Rail Project, from construction and operational readiness through to on-going operations. I specialise in contract management, service delivery, communications and customer/community engagement, revenue protection, incident management, legislative management (including RSNL), operational rail safety, data analytics and future network planning.
