Taj Schottland

Taj Schottland is the Associate Director of the Trust for Public Land's national climate program. He has over a decade of professional experience working as an adaptation and resilience specialist, project manager, and restoration ecologist. In his current role, he works with Trust for Public Land field staff and diverse cross-sector partnerships across the country to advance natural climate solutions and drive systems level change in how communities invest in green infrastructure, parks, and open space. Previously he worked for the National Wildlife Federation where he managed local and regional coastal resilience projects that took a holistic and integrated approach to protecting human communities, priority habitats, and wildlife from climate-driven threats.
