I've built my career in digital transformation over the past 8 years at Orange Business Services, being based in Paris but conducting missions in Europe and Africa. During these years, I've acquired many skills, such as : >> A strong knowledge in helping customers designing a cross channel seamless customer journey, to improve their businesses using design thinking and analytics tools, such as listening to the voice of the customer data analytical solutions and business process re-engineering methods >> A very good experience in project management for businesses from multiple industries (pharmaceuticals, telecom operators, insurance and distribution),with the ability to work independently and within a team >> Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, preparing and animating workshops for different types of stakeholders, including top management I have a solid academic background, being a computer and communication engineer with a master's degree in management of new technologies. I am also fluent in both English and French. Today, I would like to use my experience in consultancy and project management to help businesses operate their successful digital transformation. Below is a short presentation, made in 2012, that my company asked me to do in order to present the consulting job for new applicants. It gives a good taste about my personality and the way I am :)
