I also have management experience with a primary focus on line and performance management of team members assigned to me and resourcing and study team allocation. My goal is to use my knowledge and experience to help develop my team into successful professional who are able to understand the importance of working as a cohesive unit for the good of the project, the organization, and the mission of helping to improve the quality of life and health for those all over the world who are in need.
