As Interim Manager I support all kind of companies - from start-ups to medium/large companies - by temporarily filling a key position in your organization during a period of restructuring, expansion or sudden absence of key figures. I have the capacity to engage at operational and strategic level, with proven experience in IT, telecom & maritime port companies. It is my interest and ambition to help individuals and groups grow in their role in a supportive way. And to lay the foundation for sustainable long-term solutions within an organization, by sharing my expertise and experience. Some of my most recent achievements; I prepared the operational department of a start-up for sustainable growth. Starting and organized a team of network & security engineers and created a base for a service organization, supporting large enterprises. I created a solid and more standardized service environment for a team of Service Managers. Worked out a governance model for a sustainable partnership for large organizations and a global telecom provider. Finally I implemented the developed governance model; in a first step on the Benelux level with the final goal to implement it on the European level.
