With over eight years of experience in the dynamic world of tech, I am a skilled multitasker and thrive in fast-paced environments. Naturally curious, I’m in constant pursuit of knowledge. Whether it’s learning new skills, researching, or keeping up with current events. This pursuit led me to the Communications and Marketing departments at San Francisco State University. At the same time, I worked for Apple’s Marketing and Communications department, leading, and mentoring the IT Help Desk Team at  Marcom. I apply my versatile skill set in communications and customer service by helping companies cultivate meaningful relationships and create empowering experiences for internal and external clients.
